The Purposes of Foundation
for Children in Need are exclusively charitable, educational,
health care, religious or scientific purposes within the
meaning of section 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue
Code.
To increase awareness
of many needs of the children in rural villages
of India
To bring awareness of the human
dignity
To foster sponsorship of children,
college students and elderly
To provide scholarships and school
supplies to needy students
To provide medical care and health
education to the needy
To construct schools, boarding homes,
health care centers, community halls and low cost
housing
To provide drinking water
To provide funds for community oriented
and developmental projects
To promote educational tours to
India
In general
to conduct such other related activities and programs
in support of the purposes set forth as may be conducted
by an Illinois not-for-profit public corporation that
is exempt from federal income taxation under section
501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Foundation for Children
in Need organizes church appeals, direct donations
and sponsorships.
Friends of
Foundation for Children in Need share and spread
a word about the Foundation in order to raise
funds for the Foundation.
